Description:
The first U.S. restaurant by one of the world’s most famous chefs, DaDong. The restaurant occupies the 2nd and 3rd stories of The Cube Building, accessed by the 1st floor courtyard entrance. Key structural components designed by Stratford Engineering consisted of three elevator shafts suspended over retail space below, new mechanical mezzanine, new egress stair, Ipe clad terrace pergolas, and a steel entrance canopy in addition to miscellaneous MEP support. Opened in December 2017, the restaurant set the OpenTable record for most reservations set in a single day.
