Stratford Engineering was tasked with a gut renovation of nearly 100,000 square feet for the corporate headquarters of this industry leading brand group. Three floors of a Midtown, New York office building were combined to create one large office space, with new stairs allowing easy communication between floors.<\/article>\n

In addition to these new stair openings and stairs, Stratford designed reinforcement for the existing slab, and additional steel framing, to support new servers and mechanical equipment, and engineered support for new sliding partitions. We worked closely with the architect to provide timely, cost-effective and innovative solutions for their client\u2019s needs.<\/article>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
