A circa 1921 eighteen story office building in Manhattan will be undergoing a vertical addition. Stratford Engineering has been signed to determine the feasibility and design of the framework for the additional 1.5 floors on top of the existing 600,000 square foot structure. New mechanical work and an on-site power plant are to be installed.
