Stratford Engineering worked closely with Perkins + Will on the gut renovation of three levels of NYU's Langone Medical Center campus to house the new Center for Musculoskeletal Care. Totaling over 65,000 square feet, the CMC is the largest outpatient musculoskeletal facility in the nation and combines state-of-the-art therapeutic and medical technology with the expertise of physicians from NYU Langone Medical Center. Through its spectacular design and unprecedented attention to patient comfort and convenience, the center sets a new standard for advanced musculoskeletal care and treatment.<\/p>\n

Key components of Stratford's work included the design of new stair openings, analysis of existing slab capacity for new MRI machines, and design of extensive rooftop dunnage and penetrations for additional HVAC equipment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
