A recently completed gut renovation to an existing 25-story office building into an NYU Langone Medical Center ambulatory care facility. Stratford Engineering worked closely with Perkins + Will on complete infrastructure and interior fit-out including new 5th floor radiology suite with 3 MRI units, full lobby renovation with feature stair to 2nd floor cafe space, expanded loading dock, full mechanical upgrade including new rooftop mechanical units, and multiple operating rooms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
