Stratford consulted on the design of multiple structures for the new power plant, including a two-story, 59,000 square foot building housing two turbines; 500-foot-long exterior steel pipe racks supporting various water and electrical pipes; and a 295\u2019 X 75\u2019 X 41\u2019 tall cast-in-place concrete cooling tower structure.<\/p>\n<p>The power plant was designed to reach a capacity of 290 MW, comprised of 12 natural gas turbines.
