Gut renovation and combination of two separate 3 story buildings into two story retail space. Existing load bearing property lines on either side of the building were preserved to cut costs and a new 1st floor, 2nd floor, and roof were created with composite steel beams. During construction, issues with the shoring drawings were discovered resulting in our office taking ownership of the design and permitting of these with NYC DOB BEST squad.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
