2 Pike Street is a 14-story tower set in lower Manhattan between the Manhattan Bridge and Williamsburg Bridge. The mixed-use tower has three sub-grade parking levels, commercial retail space on the ground floor, restaurant space and banquet hall on the second and third floor, and office space on he remaining floors above.<\/p>\n

Stratford Engineering was in charge of designing the building's foundation and superstructure. The structure has three sub-grade levels consisting of cast-in-place concrete. The superstructure was designed with a structural steel frame combined with a cast-in-place concrete shear wall lateral system to allow for an open floor plan and glass curtain walls along the three street-side frontages.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
