The structure consists of cast-in-place concrete columns and two-way slabs that allow for a flexible layout while reducing material costs. The building includes two sub-grade parking levels, ground floor retail, an ambulatory health care facility, and five stories of quality housing with integrated balconies and a rooftop recreation area.
