Responsibilities of the position include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop structural construction documents for commercial, institutional and residential buildings with various structural designs consisting of steel, light gauge steel, concrete, timber and masonry.<\/li>\n<li>Perform structural analysis using engineering software.<\/li>\n<li>Review shop drawings.<\/li>\n<li>Perform site inspections &amp; surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with clients and other consultants regarding projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The requirements for the position are as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor or Master's degree in structural engineering. (Bachelor's required, Master's preferred)<\/li>\n<li>2-7 years of experience in the design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of building codes.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage projects to meet schedules and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with engineering software: RAM, Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, ETABS, PCA Slab, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in written and verbal English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Must be available and eligible to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available.<\/p>\n<p>Compensation is to be commensurate with experience.
