Description:
Stratford Engineering was hired for a complete, gut-out renovation of the Vilcek Foundation building. This is a 2-story brownstone residential/office building with a new penthouse addition. Stratford Engineering designed a new steel floor system for each of the three floors and roof, as well as stairs throughout the structure.
