Description:
Conversion of a former Tribeca warehouse space into a new restaurant. Work included infill of existing slab openings and framing for new stairs, light gauge metal support platforms for new mechanical equipment, openings and support for a new exterior kitchen exhaust duct, and analysis and certification of the existing structure to support a new exterior terrace.
