Description:
Stratford Engineering was in charge of converting a former auto workshop into a residential and commercial space with 32 residential apartments. The new structure will include a new 6-story apartment building with underground parking in Brooklyn, New York. The structural design was comprised of steel frame construction, concrete floor slabs, and CMU bearing/shear walls.
