Extensive addition to a luxury boutique hotel located in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, consisting of a complete gut-renovation and annexation of an existing adjacent building. Work included foundation underpinning, new slab on grade, new masonry bearing wall elevator and stair shafts, new steel floor beams, and new concrete floor slabs on metal deck.
