Stratford worked closely with Reddymade to reinforce the existing structure by installing a brand new full ground floor slab and to support the various pieces of art and sculptures around the space. Stratford also design the support systems for the following:
- Provided a support system for the Imagination Space, including a steel support system for the ceiling above and ground floor below.
- Designed the supports for the various interactive monitors in the open space, including the Event Space screens.
- Installed tension cables from the floor above to support the large wireframe sculpture.
- Mounted steel beams and welded steel plates to the existing framing to support the new discovery boxes at the front of the store.
