Description:

A 9,000-square foot cellar expansion to an existing Mediterranean seafood restaurant founded by world renowned chef Costas Spiliadis. Structural considerations included a new feature spiral stair, 2 new elevators from 1st floor to cellar, floor leveling, and miscellaneous MEP support. Additionally, Stratford was involved in the design of a new architecturally exposed steel catwalk as part of the 800-square foot space adjacent to the restaurant for the new 'Markato' Mediterranean food market, completed and opened in 2018.
