Description:
This project consisted of the addition of a new penthouse to an existing luxury hotel on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The scope of work included analysis and reinforcement of the existing rooftop framing, infill of existing roof openings, and construction of a new light-gauge penthouse structure that was both cost-effective and easy to erect.
