Stratford Engineering was in charge of renovating the existing structure at 95 South 5th street in Brooklyn, New York. What was previously a historic building, the structure is now a new six story concrete structure that was designed to coordinate with and preserve the historic facade. This multi-family residential building also includes commercial space on the ground floor.
