Located in Manhattan's Lower East Side, this 8-story building will contain approximately 44 units of residential space, along with recreational space and bike storage in the cellar. The superstructure consists of reinforced concrete slabs supported on reinforced concrete columns and shearwalls at stair and elevator cores. Stratford Engineering was responsible for the support of excavation design including underpinning and temporary piling, structural design, and special inspections for all structural elements.
