Description:
Stratford Engineering worked on converting this one story building from a former warehouse into a restaurant. The ground floor was lowered 10 feet to match the street elevation, and a new cellar and mezzanine were added. The restaurant features a large bifold glass hanger door, opening up the indoor dining area to the outdoor garden, and also features a fully restored sawtooth truss roof system.
