Stratford Engineering worked with Alexander Compagno Architect to design this new seven-story, 19 unit condominium on a vacant lot in Harlem, New York. Stratford Engineering designed an economical, easy-to-erect structure consisting of masonry block and pre-cast concrete planks. Notable features include the cantilevered plank balconies for each apartment, nine foot ceilings, open floor plans, and large windows on the front and rear façades.
