Stratford Engineering worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to study the movements of the recently completed tower for the interior renovation of an upper floor. Following the completion of the study, our team developed an innovative solution to decouple the building’s movement from the apartment walls in an effort to eliminate noise and cracking in the finishes.
