Description:
422 W 49th St is a new condo development currently under construction. Stratford Engineering is working on this 7-story residential building in close coordination with Mortar Architecture for the full structural design of this new cast-in-place concrete structure. The superstructure consists of reinforced concrete slabs supported on reinforced concrete columns and shear walls at stair and elevator cores. Stratford Engineering was responsible for the support of excavation design, structural design, and special inspections for all structural elements.
