Description:
Stratford Engineering is working closely with Pablo Jendretzki's office to re-imagine an existing warehouse building in the Bronx to serve as a metal artist studio. The existing structure, built in the mid 20th century, consists of large heavy timber framing members and brick masonry bearing walls. Our involvement includes mechanical enabling work, extensive repairs to rear facade, new stair openings, repairs to existing car lift, and a large new skylight on roof.
