Description:
Recently completed mixed-use building in Williamsburg with first floor retail and 38 residential units above. Amenities include private outdoor spaces, subterranean parking garage, exercise room, public garden at 1st floor rear, and roof terrace. Exposed, sloping exterior columns define the residential entrance - resembling a bike frame. In addition to the structural design, Stratford Engineering performed all structural special inspections.
