Description:
An existing two-story, 11,000 SF building in the Lower East Side, Manhattan, is being gut renovated into medical offices for Mt Sinai. The existing structure was redesigned for the added examination rooms and medical equipment.
An entirely new facade, marquee, elevator, egress stairs, and a feature stair were part of our scope. Additionally, the entire mechanical infrastructure is being upgraded to meet our clients needs.
